Accommodation Bookings

Please ensure that bookings are made in advance to avoid dissapointment

A 50% confirmation fee is required in order to secure any accommodation booking

Bookings are only confirmed once Bellisimo bed and breakfast has received the 50% deposit and the client has received a booking confirmation form.

We regret that all bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full confirmation fee. All other cancellations will bear a 10% administrative fee.

Bookings can be made by telephone, fax or email. However, our online enquiry form is especially designed to assist us in ensuring that your needs are fully met and this is therefore the preferred mode of enquiry

Check-in and Checkout

Guests are welcome to check in to their accommodation between 2pm and 8:00pm on the day of arrival. Late arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement only.

Guests are required to check out by no later than 11am on the day of departure. Later checkout will result in the charging of a levy equal to one day's accommodation rate.

Credit Cards

All major credit cards are welcome, including Visa and Mastercard.

Children

We are proud to be a premier bed and breakfast establishment, catering specifically to the tastes and needs of the discerning traveller. While we would be prepared to accommodate younger members of your family by special arrangement and under certain circumstances, please note that our accommodation and ambience do not provide an environment suited to the enjoyment and needs of children.

Smoking

For the comfort of our guests, Bellisimo is a strictly non smoking accommodation establishment except for outside guest areas.

Firearms

For the safety of all concerned, firearms are not permitted to be kept on the premises. Guests are therefore required, upon arrival, to hand in firearms to the management of Bellisimo bed and breakfast. These will be receipted, kept secure and returned either on departure or on request should a guest require it when leaving the premises.

Valuables

Bellisimo bed and breakfast does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors.

Safes are provided in rooms for exclusive guest use, but the provision of safes by Bellisimo does not constitute any guarantee that items may not be lost or damaged. It is therefore the sole responsiblity of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Bellisimo.

This includes but is not limited to, photgraphic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

General Indemnity

Whilst every care has been taken by Bellisimo bed and breakfast to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Bellisimo does not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

Loss or Damage to Bellisimo

Should Bellisimo suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or ommission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Right of Admission Reserved

Bellisimo at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

Should Bellisimo at any time need to exercise this right, no reimbursements or refunds will be made in this regard.
